Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, answer menu‑related questions, and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, while monitoring the dining area for any service gaps.
- Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and complaints promptly, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station, dining area, and guest tables throughout the shift.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash registers in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events, private parties, or peak‑hour rushes.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local food‑service regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, promotional offers, and service techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome; however, the current posting emphasizes female candidates.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak dining hours.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
- Availability to work a six‑hour shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards; prior experience is a plus but not required.
