Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Pengemasan to join our fast‑growing fashion and daily‑apparel brand on a full‑time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will combine meticulous attention to detail in packaging operations with a vibrant, customer‑focused attitude, especially for live‑stream host duties. Responsibilities
- Prepare, label, and package garments and accessories according to company standards, ensuring each item is protected for shipment.
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment, such as tape dispensers, sealing machines, and barcode scanners.
- Conduct quality checks on finished packages, verifying correct sizes, colors, and quantities before dispatch.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to update stock levels in the store management system.
- Assist the marketing and sales departments by acting as a live‑stream host, showcasing new collections, answering viewer questions, and driving real‑time sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Report any product defects, packaging shortages, or workflow bottlenecks to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new product lines, packaging innovations, and live‑selling techniques.
- Support special promotional events, such as flash sales or holiday campaigns, by increasing packaging output while preserving quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling post‑sale inquiries related to packaging and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar packaging or fulfillment role.
- Experience as a live‑stream host is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for fashion and daily apparel trends.
- Excellent manners, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Honesty, responsibility, creativity, and perseverance.
- Proficiency with basic store management systems and inventory software.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
