PT Intermulti Kreasi, a leader with more than three decades of experience in the interior design and build industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Interior Project Manager to join our Jakarta office. This is a full‑time, on‑site role that requires a proactive partner who can take ownership of projects from concept to hand‑over, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead interior projects from initial planning and S‑curve scheduling through to final key hand‑over, maintaining strict adherence to timelines.
- Monitor on‑site progress daily, guaranteeing that quality, safety, and budget targets remain on track.
- Identify and resolve field challenges with pragmatic, real‑world solutions rather than theoretical ideas.
- Calculate material requirements with precision to eliminate waste and control costs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors—to ensure seamless workflow.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, detailed furniture layouts, and electrical system schematics.
- Prepare regular project reports for senior management, highlighting milestones, risks, and corrective actions.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to uphold PT Intermulti Kreasi’s reputation for excellence.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as an Interior Project Manager, specifically on office or commercial projects.
- Project Size: Successfully managed projects of at least 1,000 sqm with tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of construction drawings, detailed furniture specifications, budgeting tools, and Excel.
- Core Competencies: Budget control, construction management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and safety compliance.
- Soft Skills: Assertive leadership, excellent communication, high sense of responsibility, team coordination, stress management, and innovative problem‑solving.
- Personal Attributes: Male candidates, aged 45 years or younger, who thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with building electrical systems and occupational health & safety standards.
