Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate consumer products at retail outlets, trade shows, and community events.
- Engage customers with product knowledge, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations to increase conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and report insights to the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and product launches.
- Manage inventory levels on‑site, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
- Provide after‑sales support, handling inquiries, returns, and warranty issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Document daily activities, sales figures, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (priority for female candidates, but males are also considered).
- Age: Maximum 27 years.
- Height: Minimum 155 cm.
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales promotion is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend events.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or point‑of‑sale software.
