Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive Officer Remedial (Penagihan) to join our dedicated team in the vibrant Alam Sutera region of the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabekser). Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are past due, ensuring timely and accurate recovery.
- Conduct daily monitoring of overdue accounts, prioritize based on risk level, and develop action plans to address each case.
- Initiate contact with delinquent customers via phone, email, and written correspondence, employing persuasive negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and credit teams to verify customer information, resolve disputes, and update account statuses in the ERP system.
- Prepare and present regular collection performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommended improvements.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations, ensuring all collection activities are documented and auditable.
- Assist in the development of credit risk mitigation strategies, including recommending adjustments to credit limits and payment terms.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on multifinance products, collection best practices, and negotiation tactics to continuously enhance skill sets.
- Support special projects such as portfolio reviews, legal escalations, and the implementation of new collection software tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: maximum 31 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Prior experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role is preferred (minimum 1 year is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates will also be considered).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Availability to work at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
