Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, student‑centered lesson plans for English, Mandarin, Mathematics, and creative subjects such as drawing, clay modeling, and DIY hand‑crafts.
- Conduct assessments to gauge student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate interactive activities in Scratch, robotics, and typing to develop computational thinking and digital literacy.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and visual aids that align with curriculum standards and individual learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance metrics, and parent communication logs.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to coordinate multi‑subject schedules and share best practices.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and school meetings.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) – please attach diploma and transcript.
- Gender: Female (preference for women educators to match our student demographics).
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience, preferably in private or supplemental education.
- Demonstrated ability to teach multiple subjects (English, Mandarin, Math, arts & crafts, technology).
- Strong command of English and Mandarin languages; proficiency in basic mathematics.
- Hands‑on skills in DIY crafts such as sewing, crochet, knitting, diamond painting, clay work, scrapbooking, and jewelry making.
- Technical aptitude for Scratch programming, basic robotics, and typing instruction.
- Personal qualities: diligent, patient, caring, and genuinely passionate about children’s development.
- Availability to work weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00; exact schedule to be discussed.
