Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, pricing details, and promote ongoing promotions.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in every sale.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a tidy checkout area, ensure merchandise displays are stocked, and monitor inventory levels at the point of sale.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including cash reconciliations and transaction summaries.
- Record all financial transactions in the store’s accounting system, supporting accurate bookkeeping and audit trails.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, such as cash drawer balancing, store security checks, and end‑of‑day documentation.
- Collaborate with sales floor staff to coordinate special events, flash sales, and seasonal promotions.
- Continuously update knowledge of product lines, pricing changes, and store policies to provide informed assistance.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional accounting coursework is a plus.
- Female candidates aged 18‑30 years.
- No prior experience required, though previous cashier or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and ability to manage cash accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor when dealing with customers.
