Responsibilities
- Perform crew duties across all stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain flexibility and lead by example.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, monitoring service standards, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Conduct stock opname, manage inventory control, and ensure accurate ordering of raw materials.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, guaranteeing that all checklists are completed and the outlet is ready for service.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, shift rotations, and overtime allocation to optimize labor costs while meeting peak‑hour demand.
- Train new hires, deliver on‑the‑job coaching, and develop continuous improvement plans for existing crew members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relations, reviewing product quality and negotiating terms.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to propose menu adjustments, promotional ideas, and service enhancements.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but preferably under 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry; managerial or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking, conflict‑management skills, and strict adherence to operational standards.
- Proficiency in inventory control, stock management, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Tuesday – Sunday).
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive training program as a Floor Leader.
- Good health condition with no chronic illnesses that could affect job performance.
