Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and curriculum‑aligned lessons for students ranging from kindergarten (TK) to senior high school (SMA) in subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, Science, and English.
- Assess each learner’s strengths and areas for improvement, then design customized lesson plans that target specific learning objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and assessment results, providing regular feedback to parents and the agency’s academic coordinator.
- Utilize interactive teaching tools, digital platforms, and educational resources to enhance comprehension and retain student interest.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, language proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds.
- Manage classroom discipline with patience and professionalism, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the scheduling team to honor assigned teaching hours, including occasional weekend sessions as required.
- Participate in periodic training workshops and peer‑review sessions to continuously improve instructional techniques.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum educational attainment: active university student in the final semester or a graduate with a bachelor’s degree (S1). Preference is given to candidates from education or related fields.
- Minimum age: No upper limit, but candidates should be able to commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong passion for teaching and genuine enthusiasm for interacting with children and teenagers.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects across various educational levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA).
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Willingness to adhere to the predetermined teaching schedule and any additional tutoring sessions as needed.
- Residency within the designated service area in Jakarta is considered a valuable advantage.
- Basic proficiency in lesson planning and familiarity with educational technology tools.
