Nature Kiddoz Daycare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pengasuh Anak Berpengalaman dan Profesional to join our growing team in Kabupaten Cianjur. As a Caregiver for infants and children aged 3 months to 7 years, you will play a pivotal part in delivering safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate care that aligns with our high standards of service.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00, allowing you to build strong, consistent relationships with the children and families you serve. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive daily care for infants and preschool‑aged children in accordance with the daycare’s operational standards.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and beverages, catering to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform regular hygiene routines, including bathing, diaper changing, and assisting children with toileting.
- Implement age‑appropriate developmental activities that stimulate motor, sensory, language, and social skills.
- Safeguard the physical environment, continuously monitoring the play area, sleeping quarters, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate daily reports documenting each child’s activities, meals, naps, mood, and any noteworthy observations.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive, child‑centered program.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on child development, first aid, and emergency preparedness.
- Uphold the daycare’s policies on health, nutrition, and behavioral guidance, modeling respectful and empathetic interactions at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates residing in Kabupaten Cianjur.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for SMK Kesehatan, D3 or S1 in Health or related fields.
- Strong interest in child welfare and a deep sense of responsibility toward young learners.
- Personal qualities such as patience, kindness, honesty, discipline, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in babysitting, daycare, or early‑childhood settings is a distinct advantage.
- Non‑smoker with a clean personal conduct record.
- Essential skills: child care, supervision, critical and creative thinking, empathetic communication, teamwork, time‑management, and an understanding of child developmental milestones.
