Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Hub Lead for its operations in Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah (Gunungpati area). This pivotal role will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of parcels and freight through the hub, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision, speed, and care. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, while also developing a high‑performing team of hub staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels from pickup to final customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce strict handling procedures to minimize loss, damage, and mis‑routing of packages.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and real‑time visibility in the hub management system.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions to elevate staff productivity and engagement.
- Analyze hub KPIs such as dwell time, on‑time delivery rate, and error rates, and propose process improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Act as the escalation point for any operational issues, providing swift resolutions to keep the hub running smoothly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience in Last Mile or First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Gunungpati, Kota Semarang.

- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30.
