As the face of our pharmacy, you will help customers find the right products, provide accurate information on over‑the‑counter medicines, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, assess their needs, and guide them to appropriate products or services.
- Provide accurate information on medication usage, dosage, possible side effects, and storage, while complying with all regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, labels are up‑to‑date, and promotional displays are attractive.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Assist the pharmacy manager in inventory control, including receiving deliveries, conducting periodic stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members to resolve customer inquiries and ensure safe dispensing practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new products, health campaigns, and customer service best practices.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, including proper handling of pharmaceutical products and maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Support promotional activities, health awareness events, and community outreach programs organized by the pharmacy.
- Document and report any customer complaints or incidents, following the pharmacy’s standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 25 years, and not married.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK with a focus on health sciences; a D3/D4 in Pharmacy or related field is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain medical information clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, politeness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Energetic, attractive, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
- Willingness to complete a one‑month probationary period.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
