Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketplace Specialist – Platform & Partnership Management to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. This role is focused on driving sales, optimizing product listings, and managing advertising campaigns across Indonesia’s leading marketplace platforms, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of our Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop accounts, ensuring accurate product uploads and timely order fulfillment.
- Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve target ROAS and sales goals.
- Design and launch promotional campaigns, flash sales, and bundle offers that align with seasonal trends and brand objectives.
- Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships, leveraging TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate programs to expand reach.
- Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, conversion rates, and ad performance to generate actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
- Monitor store health metrics—stock levels, ratings, reviews, and fulfillment speed—to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Formulate scaling strategies, including inventory planning, pricing tactics, and cross‑channel synergies, to grow marketplace revenue.
- Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end operations.
- Stay updated on marketplace policy changes, new advertising tools, and emerging trends in the Indonesian e‑commerce landscape.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; minimum age 22, maximum 28.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Marketplace Specialist, E‑commerce Manager, or Digital Marketing professional.
- Hands‑on experience managing Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop seller accounts.
- Strong orientation toward sales targets and revenue growth (sales‑driven mindset).
- Proficiency in product upload, store optimization, and order management processes.
- Demonstrated success running marketplace advertising campaigns; certification in Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with affiliate programs, particularly TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate, is preferred.
- Analytical skills to interpret traffic, conversion, and ROAS metrics; ability to present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, capable of negotiating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapid changes in the digital marketplace.
- Available to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
