Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales team in Surabaya. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, educating customers, and converting interest into transactions through our mobile application. As a front‑line ambassador, you will represent the company at merchant locations, build lasting relationships, and help customers navigate our digital payment ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate product features to potential customers, ensuring clear understanding of benefits and usage.
- Guide customers through the registration process for new accounts, addressing any technical or procedural questions.
- Encourage existing users to increase their transaction limits and explore additional services offered within the app.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by generating leads, conducting follow‑ups, and closing transactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to answer inquiries confidently.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants, ensuring they receive timely support and feedback.
- Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and sales workshops to stay current with industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and the full selection process from application to onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or promoter; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and persuasive speaking style.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, able to build rapport quickly with both customers and merchants.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to fast‑changing environments.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and sales applications, including basic data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 – 20:00, and to attend all stages of the selection process.
