Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Wilayah Blora region of Central Java (Jawa Tengah). This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the financial inclusion mission of one of Indonesia’s leading consumer finance providers. The successful candidate will be based in any of our branches across Central Java and will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of consumer financing products to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, approach, and nurture new leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and partnership channels.
- Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit‑application packages in compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to track the status of applications, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely decisions.
- Communicate credit approvals or rejections to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next‑step recommendations.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and repayment locations, reinforcing adherence to agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, order statuses, and pipeline forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with distribution channels, dealers, and internal support teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide market feedback to management regarding competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the region.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates are welcome.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or consumer goods sector. Fresh graduates with strong internships may also be considered.
- Key Skills: Proven sales management, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, negotiation expertise, high integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Technical Competencies: Ability to use CRM tools, basic MS Office, and familiarity with credit‑assessment processes.
- Licenses & Mobility: Own motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
