Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Pengiriman Barang – Wilayah Pamekasan to join our growing logistics team. As a courier, you will play a critical role in ensuring that parcels, documents, and other time‑sensitive items reach our customers safely, on schedule, and with the professional demeanor that reflects our brand’s reputation. Responsibilities
- Execute daily pickups and deliveries of goods and documents across Pamekasan and surrounding areas, adhering strictly to scheduled time windows.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using Google Maps and other navigation tools to maximize efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
- Perform routine K3/HSE (Occupational Health and Safety) checks, ensuring vehicle safety, proper load securing, and compliance with traffic regulations.
- Maintain the courier vehicle through regular inspections, basic maintenance, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues.
- Complete accurate delivery logs and submit post‑delivery reports, including proof of receipt, mileage, and any incidents encountered.
- Achieve a 100 % delivery success rate by following the company’s CDOB/CDAKB/SOP/WI/KPI standards and promptly addressing any delivery exceptions.
- Uphold a professional appearance and courteous communication style, representing the company positively to every customer and stakeholder.
- Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to resolve delivery challenges, such as address discrepancies or special handling requests.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safety protocols, customer service excellence, and the latest routing technologies.
- Provide feedback on route conditions, traffic patterns, and customer interactions to help improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policy.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of road safety and the ability to implement safe driving practices consistently.
- Basic experience in courier or delivery services is a plus, though fresh entrants with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using Google Maps or similar navigation applications for route planning.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet daily targets, and manage time effectively.
- High level of motivation, reliability, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to deliver to any location within the Pamekasan region and its neighboring districts.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
