Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a friendly and professional demeanor, establishing trust from the first interaction.
- Explain Gadai Top’s pawn, loan, and redemption products clearly, matching solutions to the customer’s needs.
- Process daily cash and electronic transactions accurately, including loan disbursements, repayments, and merchandise sales.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions in the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Assist customers in completing required documentation, verifying identity, and confirming collateral details.
- Ensure the sales floor and cashier area remain clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow sales associates and management to achieve outlet targets for sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as appraisal, insurance, or promotional offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues on the spot, escalating more complex concerns to supervisors when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product changes, regulatory requirements, and best‑practice customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 26 years (maximum 26 years).

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic numeracy and comfort handling cash, credit card, and electronic payment systems.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially when dealing with valuable collateral.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, from 08:00 to 20:00.
- Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates with a customer‑service mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Quick adaptability to new software tools and procedural updates.
