Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the sales floor, providing product demonstrations and answering technical questions about electronics and AUVI equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display that highlights promotional offers and new arrivals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by employing effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, promotions, and product placement to inform strategic adjustments.
- Collect and document customer feedback, forwarding insights to the merchandising and marketing teams.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product specifications, warranty policies, and emerging technology trends.
- Support special events, product launches, and in‑store promotions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by working the designated schedule: Monday through Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within electronics or AUVI sectors.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and able to represent the brand positively.
- Strong analytical mindset for competitor research and sales data interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
