- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Business, providing prompt and helpful information.
- Create simple photo or video content for social media promotions, highlighting new arrivals or special events.
- Participate in weekly product knowledge sessions to stay up‑to‑date with fragrance trends and new releases.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure consistent store coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (SMA/SMK) – preference for a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, cosmetics, hospitality, or a customer‑service environment.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse clientele in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring fragrance components and maintaining store hygiene.
- Basic proficiency with cash‑register systems, inventory spreadsheets, and simple administrative tools.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for order processing and customer follow‑up.
- Creative mindset for producing basic promotional photos or videos using a smartphone.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
