Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Petugas Kasir Penjualan Ritel to join our fast‑growing retail network. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless inventory flow, accurate cash handling, and exceptional store presentation. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly merchandise planning, ensuring optimal product allocation to each outlet.
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and conduct thorough stock‑taking (opname) to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Supervise cash register operations, enforce standard operating procedures (SOP), and reconcile daily cash drawers.
  • Audit sales transactions for compliance with pricing, discount, and return policies, addressing discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare detailed transaction reports, including sales summaries, cash flow, and records of damaged or defective goods exchanges.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Collaborate with store managers and warehouse staff to resolve stock shortages or overstock situations, often requiring flexible overtime.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track inventory movements, generate forecasting charts, and support data‑driven decision making.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, processing returns, and assisting with product inquiries.
  • Adhere to scheduled working hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional extended shifts during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates with a professional and presentable appearance.
  • Age not exceeding 27 years.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in cash and inventory handling.
  • Willingness to work overtime, especially during inventory overload or promotional events.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory planning; prior experience in retail planning is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on honesty and accountability.
  • Physical stamina to handle merchandise loading/unloading and maintain store upkeep.
