- Monitor and manage inventory levels at the checkout counter, reporting discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote in‑store promotions, special offers, and new product launches, driving foot traffic and online engagement.
- Assist in the preparation and uploading of product listings on major online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak), ensuring accurate descriptions and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Process and reconcile end‑of‑day cash reports, ensuring that all financial records are balanced and submitted on time.
- Support promotional events and seasonal sales campaigns, including setting up displays and assisting with inventory replenishment.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
