Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Promosi Penjualan GT/MT to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team. The role is pivotal in driving product visibility and sales across grocery and modern trade outlets. As a frontline brand ambassador, you will educate retailers, manage in‑store displays, and ensure that our portfolio meets or exceeds daily and monthly sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Introduce and educate retailers and end‑consumers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through direct‑selling activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure product availability at all times.
  • Design, set up, and maintain attractive product displays that comply with brand guidelines and drive impulse purchases.
  • Execute promotional programs, collect point‑of‑sale data, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, pricing trends, and shelf‑space allocation.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on consumer insights and emerging market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and inventory using company CRM tools.
  • Adhere to the operational hours of GT/MT channels (08:00 – 16:00, Monday‑Saturday) and represent the brand with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome; the original posting emphasizes female candidates but the role is open to any qualified individual.
  • Age: Must not exceed 35 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably as an SPG, SMD, or similar field‑sales position.
  • Strong understanding of product display techniques and the ability to execute visual merchandising standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to switch between product lines quickly, adapting pitch and presentation as needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle (SIM C) and the willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with GT/MT operational schedules.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or sales reporting tools.
