Introduction
We are seeking a highly qualified Manajer Elektrikal & Utilitas to lead the electrical and utility engineering function within our inner‑tire manufacturing plant. This senior position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all power‑related systems that drive our high‑volume production lines. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, process‑oriented environment where cutting‑edge rubber technology meets strict industrial standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and maintain the industrial electrical infrastructure (MV/LV), including transformers, distribution panels, motor control centers (MCC), and protective relays across the production area.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and preventive/predictive maintenance of machine control systems for rubber mixing mills, Banbury mixers, extruders, curing presses/vulcanizing machines, tube splicing equipment, and finishing lines.
- Manage plant utilities such as air‑compressor stations, steam boilers, cooling towers, chillers, vacuum systems, and pneumatic networks that support continuous tire‑inner production.
- Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies—both preventive and predictive—to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life cycles.
- Lead rapid troubleshooting of electrical faults and control‑system issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to restore operations swiftly.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety (K3) regulations, industry standards, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with production planners, mechanical engineers, and the broader maintenance organization to drive process‑efficiency improvements.
- Participate in the design, installation, and continuous improvement of new machinery and plant capacity expansion projects.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (S1 Teknik Elektro) or a closely related field.
- 8‑10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in rubber, tire, or process‑based industries.
- Deep understanding of industrial power distribution, transformers, panel boards, MCC, inverter/VFD technology, electric motors, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Proven track record handling electrical aspects of rubber‑mixing, extrusion, vulcanizing, and other tire‑production equipment.
- Expertise in plant utilities—including compressors, boilers, cooling systems, and pneumatic networks.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of interfacing with senior management, production supervisors, and technical staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance.
- Male candidates (gender requirement as specified).
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
