Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorbike, ensuring that each parcel is handled with care and delivered to the correct destination.
- Perform pre‑delivery checks of orders, verifying item counts, packaging integrity, and destination details before departure.
- Conduct post‑delivery inspections to confirm that all items were delivered intact and obtain any necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorbike, using proper lifting techniques to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel consumption, and report any incidents or delays to the dispatch team promptly.
- Communicate clearly with customers, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Utilize a smartphone equipped with the JNT mobile application to receive route assignments, capture delivery evidence, and update shipment status in real time.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety policies, performing routine vehicle checks to keep the motorbike in optimal condition.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 50 years old; no upper age limit beyond the stated range.
- Possession of a valid motorbike in excellent working order, with all required documentation.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the delivery application.
- Reside within the designated service area of Pekanbaru to ensure timely dispatch.
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of parcels, typically ranging from 5 kg to 20 kg per item.
