We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Field Collector (Kolektor Lapangan Senior) to join our network of professionals who help customers stay on track with their credit repayments. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to Home Credit borrowers in Padang and surrounding areas, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for field collection.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers about overdue payments, explaining the consequences of delinquency and offering practical repayment solutions.
- Assist customers in processing payments on‑site, guiding them through Home Credit’s payment channels, including cash, mobile banking, and electronic wallets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the field management system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and promptly escalate them to the supervisory team for further action.
- Provide feedback on common repayment obstacles, helping the credit risk team refine collection strategies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Home Credit’s code of conduct while representing the brand in the community.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve collection techniques and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: any level (all educational backgrounds are welcomed).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of experience; however, prior experience as a field collector or in a related cash‑handling role is a strong advantage.
- Deep knowledge of the Padang metropolitan area and its surrounding neighborhoods.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid, active SIM C license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail when recording collection data.
- Proficiency with mobile communication tools and basic digital payment platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- For candidates with previous collection experience, please provide one or more of the following documents:
- Letter of employment or reference from a previous employer
- Police clearance (Paklaring)
- Certificate of work experience or any official document confirming collection duties
