Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female cashier to join our vibrant front‑of‑house staff. This role is essential for delivering smooth, accurate transactions and a warm, courteous experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Candidates must be Muslim, observe daily prayers, and demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and workplace ethics. This position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments with zero error tolerance.
- Accurately process orders received from servers, ensuring that each item is correctly entered and any special requests are noted.
- Provide friendly, prompt service to guests, answering inquiries about menu items, promotions, and payment options.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station, including regular cleaning of the area and proper handling of receipts, vouchers, and cash drawers.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing detailed shift reports for the accounting team.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to resolve any order discrepancies or guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Observe and respect the prayer schedule, coordinating with management to ensure personal worship does not disrupt service flow.
- Uphold Summarecon’s standards of good attitude, adab, and moral conduct, acting as a role model for fellow team members.
- Assist in training new cashiers and share best practices for efficient transaction handling and guest interaction.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; must be a practicing Muslim who observes daily prayers.
- Maximum age of 30 years and currently unmarried.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food‑service environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, accurately, and with a high level of diligence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and strong moral character (adab and akhlak).
- Effective communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a team.
- Basic proficiency with cash‑handling systems and familiarity with POS software.
- Availability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
