We are seeking a motivated Staff Produksi dan Pengelolaan Stock to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet target output while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor raw material and finished‑goods inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and update the inventory management system.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of supplies and proper storage conditions.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production line, propose improvements, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare production schedules, track progress, and generate daily/weekly performance reports for management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Support the training of junior staff and new hires on production protocols and stock handling procedures.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct inspections and resolve any non‑conformities.
- Utilize basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, inventory software) to log data and analyze trends.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in production or stock management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating cooperation and respect.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline in meeting deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy, especially in spreadsheet and inventory management tools.
