Responsibilities

- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) while adapting to real‑time audience feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align live‑stream content with broader promotional strategies and sales targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as viewer count, conversion rate, average watch time, and revenue generated per session.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess audience demographics, peak engagement times, and content effectiveness, then refine future streams accordingly.
- Manage and update product listings on online marketplaces, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Operate streaming equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and broadcasting software, while troubleshooting technical issues on the fly.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in live commerce, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
