Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales EDC (Electronic Data Capture) Representative to join our growing team covering the Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of merchants and UMKM (micro, small, and medium enterprises) by promoting and installing QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment solutions. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment, engaging directly with business owners, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with our company’s commitment to digital financial inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities among small‑business owners, retail outlets, and UMKM within the Jabodetabek area.
- Conduct on‑site canvassing visits, present QRIS solutions, and demonstrate the benefits of digital payments to potential merchants.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure smooth installation of QRIS terminals or mobile payment setups.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, update CRM records daily, and generate weekly performance reports for management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, providing post‑sale support and addressing any technical or operational issues.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and help refine our service offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting electronic payments in Indonesia.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales roles such as QRIS sales, motorized sales, or field canvassing.
- Transportation: Own a motorbike and possess a valid, active driving licence (SIM).
- Key Skills: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, goal‑oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of sales targets.
- Personal Attributes: Self‑driven, resilient, comfortable working independently in the field, and capable of handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
