Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Picker Gudang to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Kota Bekasi. This role is integral to our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from the moment they are received until they are handed over to drivers for delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with both the picking and packing teams, maintaining high standards of accuracy, speed, and safety.
Responsibilities
General Duties
- Monitor incoming orders through the warehouse management system and prioritize tasks based on delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment in compliance with company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or system issues to the warehouse manager promptly.
Picker Responsibilities
- Review and verify new orders displayed on the system.
- Print inventory (INV) order sheets and cross‑check them against physical stock.
- Locate and retrieve items accurately according to the INV order, ensuring correct quantities and product condition.
- Place picked items in designated staging areas for the packing team.
Packer Responsibilities
- Scan each product’s barcode to confirm it matches the order documentation.
- Pack items following established packaging standards, including the use of protective materials, labeling, and weight limits.
- Generate and transmit the order to the dispatch system, triggering driver notification.
- Load packed orders into drivers’ bags or containers, verify the contents, and hand over the parcels to the assigned driver.
- Document any exceptions or special handling instructions in the system.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills: Ability to follow instructions meticulously, basic computer literacy for order monitoring and barcode scanning, strong attention to detail, and good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and walking.
- Availability: Willingness to work the standard shift from 08:00 to 17:00, with potential overtime during peak periods.
