We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Produksi dan Penelitian Produk to lead our product development pipeline, oversee daily shop operations, and drive brand awareness across digital channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our product portfolio and ensuring that every item meets the stringent quality standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of product research, development, and production to ensure timely launch of new items.
- Manage the online shop’s daily operations, including order processing, inventory control, and customer interaction handling.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market penetration through social media, SEO, and partnership programs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, and logistics—to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance protocols, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and financial implications of product initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong background in product management, preferably with experience in e‑commerce or online retail environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and launch new products from concept to market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal teams and external partners.

- Hands‑on experience with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
