Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior washing, including hand‑washing, rinsing, and drying of vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Clean vehicle interiors by vacuuming seats, carpets, and floor mats; wiping dashboards, consoles, and windows; and removing trash and debris.
- Inspect each vehicle before and after service to identify any existing damage, report findings, and ensure no new scratches or dents occur during cleaning.
- Operate and maintain cleaning tools such as pressure washers, foam guns, polishers, and microfiber towels, ensuring they are clean and functional for each job.
- Drive to client locations on schedule, manage route planning to maximize efficiency, and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, answering questions about services, offering recommendations, and handling payment transactions when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile workstation, restocking supplies, and reporting inventory needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals, wearing protective gear, and following traffic laws while driving.
- Document completed jobs in the company’s management system, noting any special requests or additional services performed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques, eco‑friendly products, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least a basic understanding of vehicle cleaning; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate a personal motorbike and, preferably, a car; a valid driver’s license is highly advantageous.
- Own a functional smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and communication with the dispatch team.
- Strong physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Professional demeanor with good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of the Sistem Manajemen Toko (store management system) to record service details.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail to ensure every vehicle meets our quality standards.
