The Admin Business Channeling position based in Cimanggis, serving the Jabodetabek region, is a pivotal role within our fast‑growing financial services division. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between incoming business channel orders and our internal processing teams, ensuring that every consumer financing request is accurately captured, validated, and moved efficiently through the credit approval workflow. Responsibilities

  • Promptly follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring no request is left unattended.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data before entering it into the central system.
  • Accurately input order details received via the Dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, maintaining data consistency and auditability.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) results or consumer grading, and process them according to established guidelines.
  • Contact applicants to communicate credit approval outcomes, providing clear explanations of next steps and any required documentation.
  • Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to initiate site verification and asset appraisal.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Hub Coordinator (SHC) to track the status of each consumer order and resolve any pending issues.
  • Maintain a meticulous record of all data entries, ensuring that every customer profile is up‑to‑date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Support the credit team by providing timely updates on RAC and grading decisions, facilitating swift loan disbursement.
  • Continuously seek process improvement opportunities, suggesting enhancements to workflow efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in administration, finance, or customer service.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, especially MS Office and specialized loan management systems (e.g., ACCTION, Dicicilaja).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling confidential consumer information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with applicants, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with cross‑functional departments such as SHC and SOC.
  • Analytical mindset to assess credit documentation against RAC and grading criteria.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to occasional urgent tasks.
