Responsibilities
- Customer Hunting (Canvassing): Conduct door‑to‑door visits in residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and office parks to introduce MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic packages. Build rapport quickly and identify prospects who would benefit from faster internet.
- Product Influencing: Deliver compelling, easy‑to‑understand presentations that highlight the unique advantages of MyRepublic’s plans, such as unlimited data, low latency, and competitive pricing. Use storytelling techniques to keep prospects engaged.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Leverage upselling opportunities—such as higher‑speed tiers or bundled services—to maximize commission earnings.
- Relationship Building: Transform one‑time sales into long‑term partnerships by providing post‑sale support, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Record all sales activities in the CRM system, monitor competitor promotions, and relay market feedback to the marketing and product teams to help shape future offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices with fellow sales executives, participate in weekly debriefs, and contribute ideas that improve the sales process and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
