Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels by monitoring daily inventory, conducting regular physical counts, and updating the system in real time.
- Coordinate restocking activities, liaising with suppliers and internal logistics to ensure product availability and prevent stock‑outs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms, providing product information, order status, and after‑sales support.
- Pick, pack, and label e‑commerce orders efficiently, ensuring that each parcel meets quality standards and is shipped within the promised time frame.
- Uphold a clean and organized store environment, including the back‑office, packing stations, and display areas, to promote safety and a pleasant shopping experience.
- Prepare and input daily sales reports, analyze key performance indicators, and assist the management team in making data‑driven decisions.
- Assist in promotional activities such as flash sales, discount campaigns, and product launches, ensuring accurate inventory allocation and timely communication to customers.
- Support the finance team by verifying transaction records, handling returns, and processing refunds according to company policy.
- Continuously suggest process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in e‑commerce administration, retail inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with common office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, or Lazada.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate data entry and report generation.
- Customer‑service mindset, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales, logistics, and warehouse staff.
- Physical ability to handle packing tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
