Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and organized Keeper Stock and Inventory to join our dynamic operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our inventory is accurately tracked, well‑maintained, and readily available to support the fast‑paced demands of our business. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of hands‑on experience in inventory control or related fields, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to thrive in a shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies and prevent stock loss.
- Implement FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out) and FEFO (First‑Expired, First‑Out) principles to minimize waste and expiration risks.
- Organize storage areas for optimal space utilization, labeling, and easy retrieval of items.
- Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and production teams to forecast inventory needs and avoid stockouts.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Identify slow‑moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate disposal or discount strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards in the warehouse and stockroom.
- Assist in training new staff on inventory procedures and the proper use of handling equipment.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – D3/S1 preferred for advanced responsibilities.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in stock handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
