We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Koordinator Operasional Staf Kitchen to join our fast‑growing culinary team. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily kitchen activities to guarantee timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, monitor attendance, and manage shift rotations for both front‑line cooks and support personnel.
- Maintain an inventory of kitchen supplies, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and equipment.
- Oversee the proper operation and routine maintenance of all kitchen appliances, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and refrigeration units.
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols in accordance with local health regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality‑assurance inspections, providing feedback and coaching to improve cooking techniques, plating consistency, and presentation.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Collaborate closely with the head chef and menu development team to align operational capacity with new dish launches.
- Handle customer complaints or service issues that arise from the kitchen side, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as labor cost, food cost, and production efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a kitchen operational or supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Resilience under high‑pressure environments, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting common kitchen equipment.

- Willingness to work a full schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
