Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pemasaran Perbankan to join our growing financial institution. This pivotal role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive the acquisition of new customers and deepen relationships with existing clients. As a key member of the Marketing and Sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our suite of banking products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive marketing communication with prospective banking customers through phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various banking products—including savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and investment solutions—in a clear, professional manner.
- Guide customers through the application process, preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams to ensure swift approvals.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, providing post‑sale support and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
- Set and monitor personal and team sales targets, regularly reporting performance against KPIs to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the product development, compliance, and risk departments to ensure all promotional activities meet regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and facilitating training sessions to elevate the overall capability of the team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the bank’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is a plus.
- Maximum age: 43 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer‑facing roles within the banking or financial services sector. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Clear Background Investigation (BI) check.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven environments and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency in basic accounting concepts and strategic financial thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional attendance at client events or training sessions.
