As a field‑based payment negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the settlement of overdue fines for our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Approach customers who have previously settled their fines and present attractive repayment or settlement options.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits across the Medan metropolitan area, adhering to scheduled routes and daily targets.
- Explain the benefits of timely payment, address objections, and negotiate mutually agreeable payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
- Collaborate closely with the central collections team to relay feedback, update case status, and refine negotiation strategies.
- Provide regular field reports, highlighting success metrics, challenges faced, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑centric attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a resilient “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to work independently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Medan region and adapt to changing schedules.
