Adira Finance is expanding its collection team in the bustling Pasar Baru region of the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). We are seeking a motivated Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our branch office and play a critical role in managing overdue accounts (A/R Overdue). Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and follow up on overdue loan payments to ensure timely recovery.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, or direct visit, using effective negotiation techniques to arrange payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, updating status notes and payment confirmations.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to understand borrower profiles and identify potential repayment solutions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and achievement against targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory compliance, multi‑finance business processes, and conflict resolution.
- Support internal audits by providing documentation and explanations for disputed or high‑risk accounts.
- Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures for the collection department.
- Promote a customer‑centric approach, ensuring respectful and professional communication at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is highly regarded.
- Age not exceeding 29 years; gender: male (as specified by the client’s location requirements).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience of 1 + year in credit collection, banking, or a related financial service is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business models and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Resilience and perseverance to handle challenging conversations and meet strict collection targets.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or collection management systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch office that matches the candidate’s domicile.
