As a Kurir Pengiriman you will be the front‑line representative of J&T, ensuring parcels reach customers promptly and safely. Responsibilities
- Collect packages from the J&T Express hub and transport them to designated delivery addresses within the assigned area.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using mapping applications to meet delivery time windows and minimize fuel consumption.
- Perform thorough checks of parcels for damage, correct labeling, and proper documentation before departure.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and report any delivery exceptions or issues to the operations supervisor.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving minor complaints on the spot.
- Ensure the personal delivery vehicle is kept in good mechanical condition, performing routine checks on oil, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, reconcile daily cash amounts, and submit receipts according to company policy.
- Participate in weekly performance briefings and adhere to J&T’s safety and compliance standards.
- Utilize a Android smartphone (minimum 3 GB RAM) to update delivery status in real time, scan barcodes, and communicate with dispatch.
- Achieve or exceed assigned delivery targets, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Jombang hub.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; gender requirement reflects current operational policy.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorbike or small vehicle.
- Own Android smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM for navigation and app usage.
- High level of loyalty, honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Ability to work under a target‑based system and meet daily delivery quotas.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic mapping and area‑coverage knowledge; familiarity with Jombang’s neighborhoods is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
