Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Mata Pelajaran RA (Religius dan Akhlak) to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This full‑time position is designed for a passionate female educator who holds a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Religious Education or Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and who wishes to nurture the spiritual and moral development of young learners in a supportive, modern school environment.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering engaging religious and character‑building lessons to children aged 4‑6 years. In addition to classroom duties, the role involves collaboration with parents, fellow teachers, and school administrators to create a holistic learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans that integrate Islamic teachings, moral values, and early childhood pedagogy.
- Conduct daily Quran reading and writing sessions, ensuring students develop proper pronunciation and comprehension.
- Utilize educational technology and computer‑based resources to enhance lesson delivery and student interaction.
- Assess student progress through observations, quizzes, and reflective activities, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom environment that promotes honesty, responsibility, and respect.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as storytelling, arts‑craft, and community service projects that reinforce moral lessons.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to align religious studies with overall academic goals.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including lesson reports, attendance records, and student portfolios.

Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pendidikan Agama Islam or S1 PAUD (Early Childhood Education).
- Proficiency in operating computers and basic educational software.

- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in professional settings.
- Ability to read, write, and teach the Qur’an with correct tajweed.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
