Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Teknisi Maintenance Gedung dan Peralatan to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building infrastructure, electrical systems, and water supply networks across multiple food‑and‑beverage (FNB) outlets remain in optimal condition. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project coordination abilities, and strong communication skills to support both day‑to‑day operations and strategic expansion projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs on building structures, electrical wiring, and plumbing across 3‑4 existing FNB outlets.
- Monitor the condition of facilities, conduct preventive inspections, and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) for the construction, renovation, or opening of new outlets, ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and brand guidelines.
- Control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, coordinating closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, and procurement.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule work, negotiate terms, and verify the completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular site visits to each outlet, documenting conditions, updating maintenance logs, and providing on‑site troubleshooting support.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering work performed, material usage, downtime, and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, occupational safety regulations, and internal company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff on basic maintenance procedures and safety practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in building, electrical, or plumbing maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or FNB sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, fire safety systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

- Willingness to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional overtime during outlet openings or major repairs.
