Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Penagihan Lapangan to join our dynamic team in the Karawang Raya area. This field collection officer will play a crucial role in managing overdue vehicle financing accounts, ensuring timely recovery of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. The position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and includes a competitive salary aligned with the regional minimum wage (UMK) plus performance‑based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers with overdue vehicle loans, following the assigned bucket and geographic area.
- Collect outstanding payments and accurately record the amount received.
- Deliver collected cash to the designated teller and coordinate the hand‑over of the financed vehicle to the warehouse, ensuring all supporting documents (e.g., receipt, loan agreement, vehicle condition report) are complete and properly filed.
- Verify that each received vehicle matches the financing contract terms, confirming ownership, VIN, and condition before acceptance.
- Explain and promote the company’s rehabilitation programs, such as rescheduling and restructuring options, to help customers regain a manageable payment schedule.
- Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date credit history record (SLIK) for each client, reporting any discrepancies to the credit control team.
- Provide daily activity reports, including the number of visits, amount collected, and any issues encountered, to the field supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, legal, and finance departments to resolve complex cases and improve overall collection efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service during all interactions.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorbike for field mobility.
- Clean credit record (SLIK bersih) with no negative entries.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
- Physical stamina to travel between customer locations and handle paperwork throughout the workday.
