Introduction

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Operator Entri Data Administratif to join our fast‑growing administrative team. This full‑time position is ideal for recent high school graduates or individuals with a solid foundation in data handling who are eager to develop a career in office administration. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00, contributing to the smooth operation of our data management processes and supporting a variety of internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain records in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data‑management frameworks.
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of information received from internal teams and external partners.
  • Organize digital files and ensure proper labeling for easy retrieval.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for management review.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, such as spreadsheets, word documents, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
  • Support the administrative department with ad‑hoc tasks, including scanning, filing, and basic research.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and personal information.
  • Participate in periodic data‑quality audits and suggest process improvements.
  • Provide timely updates to team members regarding the status of data‑related projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: Preferably between 20 and 28 years.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and other data‑handling tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and maintain tidy records.
  • Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Availability: Willingness to work the designated schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑17:00.
