We are seeking a motivated Operator Produksi Borong – Pengendalian Kualitas to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure continuous workflow.
- Monitor real‑time quality parameters, record measurements, and report any deviations to the supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of control system equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that complies with company health and safety policies.
- Collaborate with fellow operators, quality engineers, and maintenance staff to resolve production issues quickly.
- Document production data accurately in the digital logbook and assist in generating daily performance reports.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions and complete all required certifications before being assigned to live production lines.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains during team meetings.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and personal conduct, especially during the normal working hours of 08:00‑17:00, Monday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with at least a junior high school (SMP) certificate are also considered.
- All genders are accepted; the role does not have gender restrictions.
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of machine control systems or a willingness to learn Pemeliharaan Sistem Kontrol Mesin.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high product quality.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required by the production floor.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
