Responsibilities
- Actively promote XL’s mobile, broadband, and device products in high‑traffic areas such as malls, events, and community centers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand competitor activities, and relay insights to the marketing team.
- Demonstrate product features, answer customer inquiries, and provide on‑spot registration for new services.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets, tracking performance through the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and approachable appearance, representing the XL brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop promotional strategies and special offers tailored to local demographics.
- Collect and submit daily activity reports, including lead generation, sales conversions, and feedback from prospects.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product updates, pricing changes, and sales techniques.
- Support the organization of pop‑up events, product launches, and brand activation campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding data privacy and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred; non‑hijab candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public.
- Prior experience in telecommunications, mobile providers, or gadget retail is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets under minimal supervision.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to maintain a cheerful, well‑groomed appearance at all times.
- Basic analytical skills for sales performance tracking and market insight generation.
- Willingness to submit a recent full‑body photograph as part of the application process.
- Availability to work the shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
