We are seeking a dedicated Tutor Bahasa Inggris Profesional untuk Dewasa to join our vibrant educational team. This full‑time position is specially designed for Muslim women who wish to contribute to the growth of adult learners while upholding Islamic values. As a tutor, you will deliver engaging English lessons that align with the national curriculum, create dynamic lesson plans, and foster a supportive learning environment that encourages confidence and fluency.
The role is based in our modern teaching center and operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:30 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality English instruction to adult learners, adhering to the approved curriculum and incorporating interactive teaching methods.
- Design creative, active, and enjoyable lesson plans that cater to varying proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and maintain detailed records of performance and attendance.
- Provide individualized feedback and coaching to help learners build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Model exemplary Islamic conduct, including appropriate dress (syar’i), punctuality for the five daily prayers, and respectful communication.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to continuously improve curriculum delivery and share best practices.
Requirements
- Female Muslim applicant who observes Islamic dress code and performs the five daily prayers.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in English, Education, or a related field; a focus on English language studies is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience, preferably with adult learners.
- Strong command of English grammar, speaking, and modern teaching methodologies.
- Ability to read and recite the Qur’an accurately and with proper tajweed.
- Passion for education, patience, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing attitude toward learners.
- Full‑time availability (Monday‑Saturday, 08:30‑17:00) and willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
