Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial Collection to join our team in the Rantau Prapat Sisingamangaraja area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are collected efficiently and in accordance with our strict compliance standards. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for all overdue loan accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identifying high‑risk accounts and prioritizing collection actions accordingly.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports, including aging analysis, recovery rates, and status updates for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and risk assessment teams to understand the underlying reasons for delinquency and to propose corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to debt recovery, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices in collections, negotiation techniques, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of improved collection strategies, leveraging data analytics to enhance recovery performance.
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with borrowers, demonstrating empathy while upholding the firm’s financial interests.
- Support the preparation of legal documentation and coordinate with external agencies when collection actions progress to legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maximum age of 30 years; male candidates only, as stipulated by the posting.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to placement based on domicile.
