We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Tim Elektronik (Electronics Team Leader) to join our growing operations in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales promoters (SPM/G) across all dealer locations.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly selling‑out reports for each dealer branch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Calculate and validate incentive payments for promoters based on performance metrics.
  • Design and deliver product knowledge training sessions to improve the technical competency of the sales force.
  • Support the planning and execution of in‑store selling events, indoor/outdoor exhibitions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activations.
  • Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities for sales growth and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools that align with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in MS Office, including Excel dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and Word documentation.
  • Foster a culture of loyalty, continuous learning, and high performance within the team.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales trends, challenges, and recommended actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team‑leadership role, preferably within the electronics sector.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • High level of loyalty, integrity, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and motivating diverse teams.
